Techniques for managing acute behavioral difficulties
On July 2-3, the caregivers of the elderly home were trained on the topic "Techniques for managing acute behavioral difficulties".
The knowledge gained during the training will help employees learn strategies to properly manage complex/risky behavior of the elderly, as well as protect the safety of the beneficiaries themselves.
The training was conducted within the framework of the three-year project "Development of rights-based social services for persons with disabilities and the elderly", which is implemented by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia (CSRDG), together with Young Pedagogies Union (YPU) and the Association for the Protection of Public Interests of Georgia (GPIDA).
