Giorgi Gurjumeldze, Deputy Chairman of the Ozurgeti Municipality City Hall and Lela Sajaia, Chairperson of the Education, Culture, Sports, Youth Affairs, Health and Social Affairs Commission of the Ozurgeti Municipality City Hall participated in the debate together with the teenagers of the Leadership' School.

The resolution was debated: women and men in our country have equal opportunities for development.

Parties presented arguments on equal opportunities barriers, legislation, stereotypical approaches.

There has been controversy over misdistributed gender roles and relationships, as well as the gender distribution of labor.
