On April 5-7, 2021, by the initiative of Lizi Bukhrashvili, a student of the Tbilisi branch of the School of Leaders, a debate-tournament was held among the students of the International Academy Logos in the format of Karl Popper on the topic "Women and men have equal development opportunities in Georgia."

9 teams of school students participated in the tournament. The teams were advised by the students of the "School of Leaders" in Tbilisi and Ozurgeti. Khatia Tchanishvili and TaTia Mgeladze, representatives of Young Pedagogues' Union, as well as students of the Tbilisi School of Leaders: Gvantsa Kiknavelidze, #nikolozchkheidze and #lizigoqadzem, judged the games together with the director of the International Academy Logos. In the final, the negative team won.

At the end of the tournament, the three best speakers were revealed, who were awarded with various symbolic gifts by the representatives of the "Young Teachers Union". The organization also awarded Lizi Bukhrashvili, a student of the School of Leaders, for an interesting initiative.

The tournament was preceded by a training on "Karl Popper Format Debate", which discussed the basic rules and specifics of the debate. The training was led by "Representatives of the Young Teachers Union".
