Labor market research has shown that:
There is a high demand for workers in Guria, both in construction and agriculture, but due to the still low wages, employers find it difficult to mobilize staff.
Internal barriers to employment, lack of work experience; Lack of opportunity to update knowledge and skills; Ignorance of English was revealed
Scarcity of jobs as external barriers to employment; Low pay; Absence of labor rights and nepotism were named.
The lowest average grade has employee leadership skills (2.86 points) and ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) (2.88 points) skills.
Given that there is both over-qualification and skills mismatch / lack of skills in the country, in general, we face a gap between demand and supply.
