A training on "Development of Entrepreneurial Competence"
On April 8-11, at the initiative of the Young Pedagogues Union, a training on "Development of Entrepreneurial Competence" was held for teachers of partner schools in the Guria region and a project "Capacity Development and Innovative Employment Opportunities for Regional Development of Georgia" was presented. The training was facilitated by the invited trainer-consultant Manana Jincharadze.
The training covered topical issues such as:
• Use based pedagogy
• EU Competency Framework, Entrepreneurial Competence
• Ways to develop entrepreneurial skills, activities in a general education institution
• The need for change in the educational institution, etc.
In the Guria region, it is complicated to conduct training remotely, scaling platform due to epidemiological development.
The meeting was held within the framework of the project "Capacity Development and Regional Development of Innovative Employment Opportunities in Georgia", purposefully - develops local human capital and continues to strengthen the regional social and economic development of Guria, Kakheti and Kvemo Kartli.
The project is implemented by the Georgian Center for Strategic Research and Development in cooperation with Young Pedagogues' Union and the Georgian Civic Development Association. EU Delegation to Georgia with the financial support of the project.
