On March 29, 2021, Leadership School students attended a seminar on identifying gender issues in education. On the meeting was discussed main concepts related to gender and the threats that exist in the field of education, in terms of infrastructure and education. They talked about the importance of having safe spaces. On gender stereotypes in school. The second part of the meeting was dedicated to group work. The students developed activities to prevent gender-based violence and gender bias, and identified the resources needed to carry out these activities.

At the end of the meeting, a discussion was held, where the students of the School of Leaders actively participated and presented their views and examples on gender stereotypes and problems.
