On March 8, 2021, International Women's Day, a joint action was organized for women living in Ozurgeti Municipality by the students of the Leaders school and the beneficiaries of the Elderly Home (12 young and 19 elderly people were involved in the event).
As part of the campaign, elders developed phrases for greeting cards, which were later digitized by the Leaders School adults. The greeting cards also contained motivational phrases with a short history of March 8th.
Leaders School members handed out greeting cards and recorded responsive videos for the beneficiaries of Elderly Home.
The EU-supported project is implemented by The Center of Strategic Research and Development of Georgia in partnership with Young Pedagogues' Union (Ozurgeti, Guria region) and Georgian Public Interests Defence Association (Telavi, Kakheti region).
